1. Introduction and Definitions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website (www.feintmfg.com), placing an order for products, or otherwise interacting with Feint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these T&Cs, you must not use our services.

1.2 Definitions

  • "Feint" / "Us" / "We" / "Our": Refers to Feint MFG, with its registered office.

  • "Customer" / "You": The individual or entity purchasing Goods from Feint.

  • "Goods" / "Products": The automotive parts and accessories sold by Feint.

  • "Order": A request by the Customer to purchase Goods from the Website.

2. Product Information and Fitment Responsibility

2.1 Product Descriptions and Imagery

We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, pricing, and imagery. However, all weights, dimensions, and specifications are approximate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual Goods may vary slightly in appearance, color, and finish due to manufacturing updates or screen display differences.

2.2 Critical Fitment Disclaimer

It is the Customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the Goods ordered are compatible with the intended vehicle, including its specific model, year, engine code, chassis number, and any existing modifications, before placing an Order. Feint provides any fitment information as a guide only, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect part selection by the Customer.

2.3 Installation Warning

The installation of all Goods, particularly performance or critical safety parts, should only be undertaken by a competent, qualified professional mechanic. Improper installation can result in serious vehicle damage, personal injury, or death. Feint is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from faulty or improper installation of the Goods.

3. Pricing, Orders, and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in £GBP and are subject to change without notice. The price payable for the Goods shall be the price displayed on the Website at the time the Order is placed, exclusive of any delivery charges. Prices include VAT at the current rate.

3.2 Order Acceptance

When you place an Order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms receipt of your Order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance of your Order occurs when Feint dispatches the Goods and sends a Dispatch Confirmation email. Feint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order before dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

3.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payment via all major Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your financial data is handled by our third-party payment processors, and Feint does not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

4.1 Shipping Costs and Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Feint shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by You due to delivery delays.

4.2 Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the Goods transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the address specified in the Order.

4.3 International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international Orders, the Customer is solely responsible for payment of any and all import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. Feint has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

5.1 Right to Cancel/Return

You have a statutory right to cancel your Order within 14 days, commencing the day after you receive the Goods.

5.2 Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if the Goods are:

  • In their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging.

  • Unused, uninstalled, and free from any markings, dirt, or signs of attempted fitment.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase. 

5.3 Warranty

Feint passes on any and all manufacturer warranties to the Customer. Feint does not offer a separate warranty beyond the manufacturer's stated terms or your statutory consumer rights. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s specific procedures and are subject to their terms. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or racing/motorsport use is not covered by any warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feint’s total aggregate liability to the Customer for any claim arising out of or relating to the sale or use of the Goods, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total price paid by the Customer for the specific Goods that gave rise to the claim. Feint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of business, or vehicle down-time.

6.2 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feint, its employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from Your use of the Goods, including but not limited to Your improper installation or modification of the Goods.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
